      Not much. Young office? Good view?

      Cons

      People were fired frequently, sometimes right after killing themselves all throughout tax season working 6 days a week. Typical boys club management. Low pay by industry standards, subpar benefits.

      Pros

      You will get to experience a ton of different elements to each role as they are very very understaffed so there is a great opportunity to learn.

      Cons

      The culture is awful. Upper management treats associates with extreme disrespect. They are disorganized, untimely and advertising roles that are not consistent with industry pay. Get ready to work all the time, get yelled at, endure extreme stress and get underpaid.

      Pros

      Never have to search for prospects, there is a constant influx of clients that want to work with Mariner.

      Cons

      Horrible work life balance. ZERO training structure in place for new hires or associates transitioning into new roles. Everything here is life or death even when it comes to the most unimportant tasks. This creates a very unhealthy environment. Don’t work here unless you love having no structure, no training, no career development, and want to walk out the door on a daily basis. At least 4 employees have left in the last 3 months...
