Pros

Great pay. Afternoons and evenings free. The work I was doing wasn't very labor intensive. I actually looked forward to going to work

Cons

Had to be there at 5-5:30am. Never had a specific job to do, was sweeping for 3 days straight. Didn't learn anything. Wasn't doing the essential job functions that were listed in my job description whatsoever. Was talked to like a child since I was the youngest one there

Pros

Creative environment Casual work attire Ability to set your own course and pursue projects that you are interested in for the most part. 20 year history of working for both civilian and government entities.

Cons

Contract work depends on winning government and private contracts which have varied chances of success. The downside of creativity is lack of control or oversight that could help streamline service and protect the bottom line
