Most of the people I work with.

Unclear direction for the future, and constant job uncertainty. Mid-level management doesn't seem to trust the employees.

Depends on your group. Good people, but stress levels can be very high.

Pros

Generous vacation and sick leave, and most positions allow working remotely on Fridays or for any reason. Good people. Environment more social than many. New tech stack includes cutting-edge frameworks.

Cons

Unreasonable deadlines often lead to overworking in IT. Training not well supported. Teams are often broken up when a project concludes, or even before.
