      Pros

      Flexibility of schedule. Most positions allow you to work from home one day each week. Most departments seem to be very team oriented. Atmosphere of the Travel Department is fun with a sense of work hard, stay on schedule and we will reward you. Many open work areas so not just cubicles.

      Cons

      Very hard to secure full time/permanent position unless you are fresh out of college.
