Great People, Respectful, and almost perfect

The people. I haven’t worked around a more incredible group of people who love their job and are willing to help others out. We take pride in what we do but we all know that at the end of the day, it’s our families, so I don’t have to worry about not having a work life balance. All things said, it’s a nice happy medium. Hard work and a life to live.

Cons

Benefits could be slightly better. PTO is good but the overall plan options could have more to choose from

You are only a number to the corporate side, you can always be replaced and typically a lot of people come and go.

LOW pay compared to other similar companies. Managers are not very technical and try to lead/change process as if they were which wastes time and decreases productivity.
