Chance to travel the world and meet some amazing people and have one of a king experiences.
Cons
Not paid enough for the amount of stress with this job. We are literally the product they sell. It's sink or swim from the beginning. High pressure. Once you are in for a while, you realize it's normal to have periods of insane stress and working late into the night and feel it's just expected to do it to get the work done. You can't say no to a client no matter how ridiculous they are. A lot of times, you're isolated on a project and it's very hard to take off and relax because no one else really knows the project. People can't live like this, even if it isn't ALL the time.
