Pros

Some very fine people to work with. Clean, quiet office. Some flexibility on hours. Might be able to work from home. Pay better than expected.

Cons

Not enough good people to work for. Management by whim. Insufficient training and supervision. A regular paycheck until something better comes along if they aren't cutting your hours. If you're at the top of the pay curve, you have a bulls-eye on your back.

Pros

Maritz is a good place to start your career. You get to travel and work with big-name clients.

Cons

In general, the pay is low. This is across the board. HR openly acknowledges they are not a top-paying employer. They try to make up for it by being extremely family-friendly though. The flexibility is nice, but it's hard to get things done when nobody on your team is held accountable by management.

Pros

Maritz is very supportive, listens to employee's input, and highly values each employee. Also very trusting with no supervision. They become a family, great atmosphere!

Cons

Training needs improvement. They are extremely focused on cost even if it's at the expense of quality. Pay could be a lot better for the amount of stress and work.
