Good work life balance. Frequent raises when first starting. Low stress job for the most part. Gift card incentives for top performers. PTO

Cons

Need more FT opportunities. Some time your hours may be cut at a moment's notice. Other times they might be asking you to readjust your schedule or add hours. Clients expectations regulate this more than Maritz itself.

customers are very, very rude. it is a research company that conducts phone interviews and it is so scripted that it's ridiculous at times.
