      Pros

      Clients with recognizable names for resume boost.

      Cons

      They do not understand how to develop software and therefor their clients do not get items that are promised, or on the timeline expected. What they do develop is buggy and they do not have full time production support for their clients.

      Some managers allowed working from home.

      Cons

      The longer I was there, the less I felt valued by Maritz. Maritz seems to value youth over experience or dedication. I felt like I was always apologizing for my salary which was apparently high for Maritz, but very low for the industry. When I left, I made a 15% increase over my salary after 20 years at Maritz. There are no women in key leadership positions. Very much a boys club, especially in IT.
