      Pros

      One manager was an incredible coach. He let me operate independently and I was able to grow tremendously in my position. He rewarded my success appropriately.

      Cons

      Most managers are not true managers. They have their own jobs to do and they are not coaches, trainers, or motivators. Management success at Maritz does not always mean working toward making your subordinates promote-able.

      not many pros as they will have you work 24/7 if they could

      Cons

      Very mismanaged. Expect you to work unreasonable hours. This would not be necessary if they improved their communication within their teams. Lots of finger pointing. This has resulted in people working against each other rather than "with" each other. Management seems to be running scared rather than developing solutions to problems.

      There were very few pros to this job. The fact that it was a paying job and close to home are about it.

      *No sick days *Strict dress code for working in a call center with no windows to the outside world *Rarely clean *Low pay *Fired 50% of their call center before lay offs so they wouldn't have to pay benefits
