      Pros

      Good management training for qualified positions and a very good benefits package. Environment is supportive and they treat workers better than at many companies.

      Cons

      Many positions are broken down so specifically that it takes forever to get something you need. Data management is key to everything and it is often old or incorrect. Systems don't meet needs so there are many work-arounds which are frustrating.

      Pros

      Very healthy work environment, good morale among coworkers. Management for the most part very reasonable and "open-eared". Career advancement encouraged by management.

      Cons

      As positive as the pros are, they company has at times done huge lay-offs which affected employees who'd been there for decades. At times employees whose jobs are discontinued are offered alternative jobs elsewhere in the company, othertimes not.
