      Depending what team you work on and how high on the team you are there is no up from there at times.

      Pros

      Maritz has a very friendly atmosphere and everyone is willing to help you if you need anything. It is pretty much female dominant if that appeals to you. The hours are also very flexible and a lot of work can be done at home and on the road. A Project Manager for the travel department travels often but also forms great relationships with their clients.

      Cons

      A downside of working at Maritz is that the ability to move in up the company is very limited. Also there is a lot of cattyness within the different departments and with management at times.
