Cons
Internal politics, bad culture with senior management guarding their jobs and putting undue pressure on subordinates. Some people have been in the company for many years surviving mergers and hand on to their jobs although they bring nothing to the table, purely due to playing politics. Repetitive, boring and no scope to learn new things. I do not recommend working here.
