      No one cares what you do. Lack of clarity/direction.

      Cons

      Poor leadership. No diversity. First company I've worked at where you can be in the red and still be in existence.

      IT mangement is Extremely Disorganized... do not recommend working here

      not many pros as they will have you work 24/7 if they could

      Cons

      Very mismanaged. Expect you to work unreasonable hours. This would not be necessary if they improved their communication within their teams. Lots of finger pointing. This has resulted in people working against each other rather than "with" each other. Management seems to be running scared rather than developing solutions to problems.
