      Pros

      My time at Maritz was exceptional in the way they valued their employees. They consistently encouraged positive feedback between employees & rewarded those who went above and beyond. They also value your home life (in most departments) and encourage you to take care of yourself & take care of each other.

      Cons

      The pay wasn't the best and sometimes work got pretty hectic. It ran in cycles due to poor planning and letting clients take the lead instead of us guiding them with our expertise (what we were hired for). This caused strain and exhaustion at certain times of the year.
