      Cons

      Lots of change and sometimes difficult to keep up but you can learn more at Mark Anthony in a year compared to what you'll learn in a lifetime at other organizations.

      The pay and benefits are pretty good compared to other warehouses in the valley, people ops usually tries to plan events or free food every other month for employee engagement, and our annual award ceremony is really fun!

      Miscommunication between different shifts and teams can be a bit frustrating
