Leadership at Mark Spain is incredible—supportive, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. The culture is unmatched, and the people you work with are truly some of the best. The business model is strong, with high-volume appointments across Raleigh and the surrounding towns. Weekly in-office meetings help keep everyone connected, and if you're willing to put in the work, you will absolutely find success here. They will keep you busy!

Cons

They promote from within, which is great, but there is not a lot of transparency around internal opportunities and when they’re expected to open up. There’s occasionally more talk than follow-through on that front.

None..literally no pros to working for this company.

Cons

The leadership team has no real experience in Real Estate..they like to "fake it until they make it." Check the DBPR. The company preys on new agents/ inexperienced agents and uses phycological B/S to lure agents in. You won't make money here..if you do the math after all the time spent and gas used on closing a deal..you will most likely come out of pocket to work.
