Very welcoming team. Everyone does their best to support each other and is always ready to help out if needed. To be able to work in a place that lets you know you are a valued and appreciated member of the team is an indescribable feeling and brings that much more passion to the job. There are always opportunities to learn more and someone is always willing to teach, questions are never unwelcome. Leadership personable and truly cares about how you are.

Cons

Sometimes there can be a little bit of drama between coworkers but it's nothing a deep breath and smile won't fix!

Love the people I work with! The leadership does a good job of hiring agents that will be a good fit for the culture. This company operates as a team so to a new agent, you can always find the help you need.

Cons

Be ready to work hard. This is not your typical real estate job. Be patient with the company as they are continuously trying to grow and try new things. If you don't like a company with a growing atmosphere, then this company is probably not a great fit.
