Pros
Pros we’re having helpful peers and great benefits. The overall corporation was very good to me as an employee.
Cons
The major con of this company was training. There was little to no direction from management let alone resources for employees to truly complete the job. I did not personally know the companies expectations on out my manager. It was a very intimidating work environment. HR avoided most involvement
