      Used to be great, new leaders killing the culture

      Pros

      Decent compensation and benefits. Company goes above in giving back to the community.

      Cons

      Hired a new Insurance leader a bout 2-3 years ago that only cares about reducing costs. Doesn't understand or appreciate anything remotely technical and is killing any sort of innovation. Just appointed a new international lead that failed to drive any significant programs / projects when he ran part of the division. HR put in a Capital One copy-cat performance management system that is very outdated.

      Pros

      Friendly Work Environment, Helpful Co-Workers. Honestly, I felt super safe in this position.

      Cons

      No one told me what was going on during their day to day, got fired on my 3rd day for not "grasping the concept" fast enough, and was told constantly that I was doing fine, despite that not being the case.
