Pros

- Company really does live and breath the stated culture - Good profit sharing - Great 401(k) benefits - Richmond is a great town for HQ - Longevity of company and financial strength

Cons

- Very conservative and cautious promotions - Division between "revenue generators" and back office apparent in many areas - Cross-functional projects face a lot of bureaucracy at times

very close to my home. it was a very east commute. All positions were flex time so a very open schedule. Also unlimited sick time off.

Cons

Needs to full utilizes the current computer system. This would alleviate a lot of the work load placed on the employees. No recognition for positive performance.

Human Resources worse than most. Difficult to crack management level. High turnover in middle management and throughout IT.
