Great culture: lots of events, employee appreciation days, food, inclusion and community Room for growth: promotion from within is common, great place to start a long term career and many different areas of business to choose from, or move around between. Bonus Structure: varies by position and company profitability, Can be a large bonus, 15-25 or more percent of your yearly salary
