Pros
They try to treat the employees nicely, treating us with free foods, drinks, and other events. Great people work here and met a number of incredibly smart and talented people. I have learned and gained a lot since working here.
Cons
They don't care about working in the office, their hybrid work model is very wishy washy. Incidents are sometimes blown out of proportion, and there's a number of norms in the department that cause issues instead of making improvements. On boarding process is very lackluster, and new employees aren't given a lot of guidance when joining,
