Stable company. Good benefits. Hybrid work environment.

Cons

Cult like atmosphere. People are generally nice but there is little transparency and few growth opportunities. People sell the Markel style but the work environment can be toxic under the surface.

The culture around the office is great. My co-workers are friendly and I don't feel micromanaged by my bosses and my coworkers are supportive of each other and always learning
