Pros
The stock performs well. Senior management has been in place for decades.
Cons
I’ve been here long enough to see the formula: if you are 45 or older (I’m 39) and you are not in a protected DEI category, realize that you are first in the queue for pending downsize or reorg. It’s primarily a culling of the high earners. A strategic business decision, I get it, but then we have to listen to the propaganda re how much we are treasured and valued, knowing that will not matter if you are 45+.
