Some people are great. There is a large knowledge base you can take advantage of. Some upper management is understanding of challenges but ultimately the beauracracy and micro management style is hard to work with when it comes from the top down especially when attempting to improve on processes.

Cons

Micro management. Inconsiderate. Low pay. Fragmented processes. Headache management. High turn over. Out dated technology. No real onboarding process. Lack of communication from management.
