The relationships built through this position were great and the team I worked with was a lot of fun. They rewarded us often with drawings for prizes and had regular incentives.

Cons

It's sales so if you're not constantly pushing you won't feel successful

High Energy Helpful HR Training was thorough Company culture was invigorating and focused on success Strong Leadership within the program I was in Competitive Pay

Cons

Was so focused on the now, they didn't look at the future and how they were spending money the program didn't have. Ended up shutting down multiple territories and laying of 1/3 of the workforce in one fell swoop. Shut the entire LG program down about a year later.
