Excellent opportunity to learn the retail marketplace and the variety of players and environments.

Cons

Extremely low pay for high productivity under high pressure to hit the metrics.

Pros

Flexible, no micromanagement , decent pay, possible bonus, pretty up to you how well you do. You have to be a disciplined person.

Cons

No contact with co-workers at work. If you need help your on your own but u can always call. Weekend hours every weekend.

Pros

I am happy with the starting pay, usually between 12 to 14 dollars, however once you start, they don't allow raises. My favorite part about this job is the flexibility. I feel the support and training provided is top notch and very helpful. Leadership seems to know what they are doing for the most part.

Cons

Not much room to make more money.
