A company that doesn't care about you.

Pros

Good training. Decent to good salary. You have complete autonomy in the store, but you'd best be responsible and productive. No mistakes are tolerated.

Cons

Loved the job, I was practically the perfect employee, with three years of consistently highly productive metrics and numerous emails of appreciation from customers, until I inadvertently violated a corporate policy that according to the employee manual could've been forgiven. HR terminated my employment and lied to me multiple times in the process.

Solid Job

Pros

- The workload is never going to be too much - Straight forward tasks and work for the most part - Fairly busy so there is a lot of opportunities to make commision - Not too hard to learn everything they need you to do

Cons

- It is difficult to coordinate with management - Very slow job when it is a week day - You will deal with older people that will get angry because of confusion - Commision is not great
