Good company to start with but don't expect to stay long-term

Pros

Excellent environment for college students looking for entry level work in marketing, sales, and web design. Located in a brand new spacious building just off of I-15 overlooking the Wasatch Mountains.

Cons

Just don't expect to stay with this company long-term. In fact, you should probably keep other job opportunities open while you stay here long enough to get the work experience that you'll need to apply for a better job elsewhere. This company has been through at least 4 major layoffs in the short time that it has been up and running. It's not uncommon for your neighbor to be dismissed midweek. At one point they even laid off their entire Human Resources team opting for a departmental head to tackle HR issues.

The people that work here are really fun.

Cons

I never received any real training particular to my position. I was uncomfortable with the types of things they asked me to do without explaining the situation first. Their dealings seemed to always land just on this side of ethical, but too close for comfort in my eyes.

Great company culture, relaxed atmosphere, helpful employees that watch out for each other.

Cons

Management is doing all they can to save a company that has sunk at this point. They are taking risks by not fulfilling their promises to clients which comes back to hurt them later. They also don't have the money to take care of the employees by giving raises or perks. They have few employees that wear multiple hates and have become stretched to thin.
