Pros

I have great coworkers, a boss who understands how development works, and senior management that wants to make sure the company does well and who understand that happy employees make for a better company.

Cons

I occasionally wish I got paid a little better, but the amazing work environment makes up for that. I have no complaints other than that.

Pros

The management here treats you well because they know that happy employees are the best employees! Therefore, time off is great, the benefits are pretty good, and we are growing like crazy. The work is rewarding and we are constantly motivated by our management to do our best possible work. The job is not stressful and allows you to work how you work best. It is always interesting here as we add new products, services and employees. Management and HR is organized, efficient and fair!

Cons

Right now, we are in between offices while we prepare to move into a bigger place by the end of the month. Therefore, some of us have had to move across the hall and we are little secluded from the rest of the company. But, it's only temporary!
