I works from home, without the constant feeling that I'm being hovered over. But I feel free to reach out to co-workers and management. GREAT people.

Cons

I have been sitting here racking my brain for 5 minutes and I can't think of anything that I am unhappy about.

Pros

Good team with a lot of "lifers" who have been there forever. Company is always changing due to the changing nature of the industry they serve. Great benefits and flexible management team.

Cons

Salary isn't as competitive in other locations, but you get to live in Sun Valley so it makes up for it!

Hailey's a great place to live! Co-workers are great people. "Big City Job in a small ski resort town."

Cons

No great vision in where the company is going. Communication is poor. What upper management says is not really what is going on. Little opportunity to advance skills, still has a legacy system which is nearly 20 years outdated.
