Pros

Marketron offers a great benefit package. In addition to our health, dental, vision and life insurance we have a great 401K plan. Marketron supports employees volunteering in our communities and allows us to take time off during work hours to do that plus credits us PTO hours for our community service.

Cons

I do not have any cons, I love my job!

Pros

Marketron is a great company to work for. It's not a fast-growing tech company, but a leader in the enterprise software business for radio. It's a great lifestyle business with its headquarter located in Sun Valley, ID. Great work/life balance, competitive pay, and great managers.

Cons

Lots of competition has caused long time clients to move away due to cost savings, putting strain on the other employees to do much more with less. Our engineering team has made little impact in the last two years with too many project and no production date in sight. Start doing less, but do them better and do more research before building new technology to ensure there's a market for it.

Pros

I have been with Marketron for 10+ years and it is a great place to work. We had a few rough years under poor management a while back, but now we have an upper management team that is outstanding. They take care of their employees and are very understanding with the work/life balance. It is a wonderful company to work for!

Cons

The only con was the poor management team that we had, but they are long gone now and we are back on track.
