Marki offers a lot of freedom, it is low stress, and the people are very competent.

Pros

Top of the line products, laid back work atmosphere, brilliant and experienced engineering staff, Ferenc Marki is an icon of the industry, excellent benefits, employees are all "lifers" and have been working there for many years (and are happy), Marki is developing NEW technology and not relying on old designs to stay competitive

Cons

if you want a large corporate environment, Marki is not for you.

until you disagree with certain management personnel in the circle

Cons

Tends to hire friends family members certain business administrative positions. hr has first pass on go or no go and is dictated by nepotism-first outsiders-last culture embraced by senior management.
