Regarding the concerns about staff being rude, we strive to foster a respectful and professional work environment. We regret that you believe we fell short in this aspect during your time with us. We recently shared a letter from our President/CEO with all staff reiterating our unwavering commitment to fostering a diverse, inclusive, and respectful workplace for all employees. As for the intensity of this job, we understand that balancing responsibilities can be challenging especially when working at a school for students with autism and developmental disabilities. We are actively reviewing our processes to ensure that orientations and expectations are made clear to new staff and that our team members have the resources they need to succeed. We also will look into ways to provide better support to help manage work demands effectively. Your feedback is invaluable in helping us improve, and we appreciate your input.
