Pros

They are emoloyee-oriented. The welfare of the employee comes first. Great benefits. Great pay. Stellar leadership team. They listen to ideas and support the employees 100%. Fantastic corporate culture. They put a lot of effort into the culture and it shows. Philanthropic.

Cons

Not a lot of diversity. Not a lot of women in upper management.

Good experience, and looks good on your resume

Cons

As an entry level Engineer. They have no respect you work long hours, very high demand project. No relocation package and they only offer 43K .
