Pros

Company has been around for a while and has decent reputation with customer

Cons

Company has gone though a few ownership changes and each time employees were lied to. Everything just got worse. CEO is deceptive and pretends to care about employees but lost touch. He doesn’t value good leaders they just keep leaving.
