      Great work schedule, work/life balance, benefits, coworkers, etc. Professional work environment but still easy going.

      Cons

      Each attorney has their own style which isn't always consistent across the board.

      Pros

      Everyone is friendly. Great benefits. Management rewards you for hard work. It seems like we do something outside of the office every few weeks. Fun team building activities. They want you to be happy. Supervisors are always available and responsive.

      Management could communicate a little better.
