Pros

- Can do attitude - Good training and investment in those that want it - Decent benefits and reward - Big enough to do a multitude of roles if you chose to stay with the company - Great place to gain experience - Some great intelligent people to work with

Cons

- Very Very beuraucratic - Performance mangement is based on a set distibution curve (rubbish) - Promotion is based on the same Curve which can be very demoralising if you want to progress - Very very slow to change
