Cons
Do not join if you are a fresher. Not a good place to start your IT career right after you graduate if you are an international student. They get you C2C roles, and the pay is very low($60k for the first year, then on a percentage basis), please avoid them. The marketing team from India is terrible, Mostly they look for International students who graduate from the Computer Science field.
