Pros

Great claims for placement and Training

Cons

The company will add fake experience to your profile and Training Curriculum is terrible. They do not train at professional Level. They harrass young graduates and File case against them if they leave before 1 year. Moreover I have seen students for 4-5 months to get a job few did not even got job for 1 year.

Pros

good training plan for recent graduates

Cons

if you are OPT student and join marlabs for getting into project. They will give you 2+ months training by making you signed the contract which says if you leave company before 1 year completion you will pay them $9000 and they will ask for the amount when you talk about leaving company before one year completion.

Pros

Good to start, they will give a training,

Cons

The Company hires the OPT students does the following things. Hires the students who are desperately in need to get an employment so that they can save their F1 Visa status. They pay the minimum wage required by New Jersey state so that they can run the pay check. They don’t really give on Job training according to the OPT rules, instead they give a class room based coaching classes to all the newly graduated student. They make use of the desperation of the students to give them loads of work. Later, they train the students how to fake the resume. Like they will teach the students to make fake projects and increase the years of experience. They will try to place the trained students to clients. In attempt to do so, they will not even pay the students a fair amount of wages. They pay $60,000 yearly package while they are making more than $120,000 per annum. There won’t be any transparancy in the contract between Marlabs and the vendor companies. If an employee losses his job, the employee comes on bench and he will paid minimum wage of the New Jersey state. While filing H1, they try their best to produce the original document and resume. But the job is obtained through the fake resumes and experience. Some times, the interview will also be given my some other 3rd party.
