      Training is not good, sending a person without interest also not good.

      Awesome company

      Pros

      I was working as a contract employee in a software company through Marlabs. Even though I was sitting in a different place and working, I never felt any issues with Marlabs. The team at Marlabs were always supportive and proactive. They also supported me well during my conversation time as a permanent employee where I was on delegation. Thank you very much Marlabs.

      Cons

      Nothing as such from my experience. For me I was getting good support whenever it was needed.

      Training Quality and Marketing are the points
