      Pros

      They are having good product based clients.we can get opportunity to learn new technologies. Good hr management for outsourcing department.

      Cons

      I couldn't not find any negative things.But thing is that if you got selected you need to move client side anywhere else in India.

      Salary on time. Good client list , Good hike if you perform well at client place

      Cons

      I was not allowed to marlabs office once by the security guard as i was working at client place.

      Pros

      good housing and compensation in training compared to other consultancies; however, low annual salary once on the project. their own marketing team is able to give you many interview opportunities even from big names like Morgan Stanley or Goldman Sachs.

      Cons

      Poor management; very few people understand technologies; most of the management people are business people; If they do not like you, they will put you on a cold bench where few people cares; what they really care about was whether they could sell you instead of your feelings and your future development
