      If you are joining for his client as a contractor over there then demand more and more salary as they will give you, and it can be very high

      Cons

      HR persons are not good in behaviour, they will treat you good till you are billable, after that they will not respond you properly, I worked as his payroll for some Client, so once you are out from client place they will not give you a single day notice period. So will suggest if any reason you have to work for this organisation then try to change to some good organisation as here you can not dream/think for a good career.
