      Pros

      People are extremely friendly here, every month has free food and party for everyone. Candidate here can live in a very nice house and the working area is really good, free drink, coffee and food. Everybody are nice! Super super good!

      Cons

      Need more advertisement. There are some people misunderstand this company or estimate too much. This company has been selected as The Best Place To Work In New Jersey. It's really good!

      Pros

      Marlabs is a company for those who want to enjoy rest of their life and do not expect any challenge at job. Come to office, do your work, spend time with your near and dear colleagues, leave the office.

      Cons

      No Career progression within the organisation. No respect to an employee. Work culture is not satisfactory. People driven company and not Process driven. Give preference to the community (Mallu) people. Very poor management and administration. Lot's of Cons than Pros...
