      ntg, not gud for people looking for full time opportunities, should try if you are fresher buy they not like other consultancies

      everything, ntg good about company except if you are a fresher and looking for jobs, u can get accommodation and handful of money to spent

      Dangerous if you are a contractor on client location

      Pros

      1) When you are on client location, you are your own boss. 2) Appreciation and engagement is good.

      Cons

      1) At first they will hire you at good package. But when the contractor (client) ends the project, they fire you with 15 days notice period with no compensation. 2) They keep original degree and certificates with them. You start feeling like a bounded labor. 3) They hire you for one thing and deploy you on other thing. In a way, they play with your career. 4) Very less leaves per year.
