      Pros

      Wonderful work place for following reasons: Work-life balance Payscale Extra-curricular activities ( sports, dance...) Gives scope to try out Skill enhancement programs for juniors Company pays for attending technical conferences Overall company is generous (& not "stingy" like many other companies) , and sees value in going out & trying out new things. Foresighted (though, there are some internal issues, which they will have to overcome) HR is really friendly . Technical & non-technical - every team is working to best of their knowledge . Overall a good company.

      Cons

      Like any other company, there would be some trouble makers, growth stoppers, but then one needs to know how to overcome such hurdles.
