While we’re pleased to hear that you found our compensation competitive, we're concerned about the challenges you've mentioned, including those around training, appraisals, management dynamics, and especially the compulsion of the 5-day work from office. It is especially of concern because Marlabs has a hybrid, 3-day work-from-office model. While employees are welcome to utilize our spacious and collaborative office facilities all 5 days of the week, they are not required to do more than 3 days a week. Kindly approach us to share more details so that we can actively work at checking on these concerns and help enhance our employee experiences.
