      Flexible Time. Learning Environment. Excellent Training by COE. Good Salary.

      Cons

      More responsibilities(Some people don't like it) . Top Management is not good. Company policies. But I don't care about all these things. And I love more responsibilities.

      Pros

      No pros. If you don't have a contract- you're in deep trouble. And also if you don't come from Kerala state in India.

      Cons

      This company is one of the many parasite organizations who exploit their employees to its maximum- unless you have the courage to stand up against it. They mostly hire foreign workers on H1 visas and pay them a fraction of what the company charges to the client for the contract work.
