However, while we are constantly working on ensuring that our employees always have sufficient client projects to stay occupied with and grow, when projects end unpredictably, we move those employees to “bench” for a few months. While on the bench, employees are encouraged to utilize their to upskill themselves with free courses and certifications offered via partner platforms like Coursera. The courses usually help equip benched employees to take on other roles as they become available. It has also happened often that depending on the requirement internally, some of our benched employees have also found a match in other departments.
